Terms for Using Dudo
Effective: 2025-7-21

This is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Dudo Team ("we" or "us"). It covers everything about how you use the Dudo app and its services (called "Dudo" here). By getting Dudo, opening it, or using it, you say you’ve read this, get it, and agree to all of it. If you don’t like any part, stop using Dudo right now.

First, know that this agreement is binding. Using Dudo means you accept all these terms—even if we change them later (we’ll talk about that at the end).

Who can use Dudo?

· You must be 17 or older. If you use Dudo, you promise you’re at least 17. No one under 17 is allowed.

· Some parts of Dudo need an account. When you make one, give real, up-to-date info. Keep your password and login secret. Whatever happens with your account is your fault. If someone gets in because you didn’t keep it safe, that’s on you—not us.

How to use Dudo the right way
Dudo is for legal, personal things only—no business use. Follow all laws, rules, and what other people have a right to.

Don’t do these things with Dudo:

· Break laws, rules, or other people’s rights (like taking their work or invading their privacy).

· Try to get into Dudo, other people’s accounts, or related systems without permission.

· Mess up how Dudo works, hurt it, or put in bad stuff (like viruses).

· Post, send, or share anything that’s illegal, harmful, a lie, or gross.

Your info and privacy
Our [Privacy Policy] tells you how we collect, use, save, and protect your data. Using Dudo means you agree with what’s in that policy.

We do what we can to keep your info safe, but no online system is totally secure. You know there are risks to using data online, and you’re okay with that.

Who owns what you see or share?

· Our stuff: Logos, trademarks, software, and other things in Dudo are ours or from people we work with. We let you use Dudo only like this agreement says—no other rights.

· Your stuff: When you share things ("User Content") on Dudo, you let us use, copy, change, post, and share it anywhere (for free) to run Dudo and make it better. You still own your stuff, but we need this to make Dudo work.

What we don’t promise
Dudo is given "as is"—we don’t guarantee anything about it. No promises that it’ll work for what you need, be good quality, or not step on others’ rights.

As much as the law allows, we’re not responsible for any harm (like lost data, Dudo not working, or others suing) because you used Dudo or couldn’t use it.

Changing or ending this agreement

· We can change these terms anytime. New versions will be in Dudo or emailed to you. If you keep using Dudo after changes, you accept the new terms.

· We can stop your access to Dudo without telling you if you break this agreement or the law. When that happens, you can’t use Dudo anymore. We might keep or delete your stuff like our Privacy Policy says.

Laws and solving problems
This agreement is ruled by the laws where Dudo Team is legally registered. We don’t care about laws that conflict with those.

If there’s a problem, we’ll try to fix it by talking first. If we can’t in 30 days, it goes to binding arbitration in the area where those laws apply.
